Hotel Information

The Organizing Committee of ASGO 2019 will provide the following hotel information to provide comfortable hotels for the participants during ASGO 2019.
Please check the hotel information and reservation procedure below.

• Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The room rates are fixed in Korean Won.
• 10% service charge and 10% tax are subject to each hotel's policy. Please refer to the reservation form of each individual hotel.
• All personal charges (i.e. room service, phone, minibar) are the participant's responsibility.
• Extra person's charges or extra bed charges are subject to each hotel's policy.
• Attendees staying in their rooms beyond check-out time without hotel authorization will be charged for an additional room night.
